Terms and Conditions

The Bank Member of the Month Award acknowledges the excellent contribution that Bank Members make to their local Trust and the wider NHS. 

Each month, eligible Bank Members who have received a nomination regarding their performance, via our new form, will receive a certificate from NHS Professionals to thank them for their hard work. Nominations can be submitted by a manager, colleague, or patients within the Trust. 

The NHS Professionals Marketing Team will review all nominations submitted and will send out a certificate to all eligible nominees.

The top nominee from each Trust, as selected by NHSP, will then receive a certificate and pin badge. The top nominations will then be reviewed and the NHSP Marketing team will pick an overall winner.

Seven overall winners will go on to receive a £100 Love2Shop Voucher, thank you card, certificate, and pin badge Submit your nomination.

  1. This Bank Member of the MonthAward is applicable to all NHS Professionals staff groups. 
  2. To be in with a chance of winning a Bank Member of the MonthAward, Bank Members must have received a nomination from a manager, colleague, or patient from within their Trust via the nomination form The cut-off date to be included is the last day of the month. 
  3. Seven overall winners will be selected per month. Each winner will be selected on the second Tuesday of the monthby the NHSP Marketing Team. The seven overall winners will receive a £100 Love2Shop digital voucher, thank you card, certificate, and pin badge. 
  4. The NHS Professionals Marketing Team will select one top winner per Trust who will receive a certificate and pin badge.
  5. Every eligible Bank Member that receives a nomination will receive a certificate
  6. The winner will be notified by the email listed on their My:Bank profile. The winners have the right to opt out of the Bank Member of the MonthAward emails by informing NHS Professionals by email at: communications@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk
  7. Our Bank Member of the MonthAward will run from the first Day of the Month to the last day of the month between 1st February 2026 to 31st October 2026. 
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  9. Self-nominations will be removed from the award before judging.
  10. It is the responsibility of the Bank Member to update their contact details ensuring the correct email and postal address is on their My:Bank.
  11. We may pass the nominator, nominees and quote details onto our client trust teams for further analysis and promotion in Trust.NHS Professionals reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Bank Member of The Month Award draw/rules without notice and for any reason. 
  12. The decision by NHS Professionals is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Winners first name and Trust name can be obtained by emailing: communications@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk
  14. NHS Professionals have the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  17. The personal details that are supplied to NHS Professionals will be used only for the purpose of this competition and for marketing purposes by NHS Professionals and Doctors Direct and will not be passed onto any third party other than Love2Shop to fulfil the prize.

 

We are giving away 5 x £20 Love2shop e-vouchers at random to Bank Members who nominate a colleague each applicable month, for a Bank Member of the Month Award.  

  1. All Bank Members who nominate a colleague for a Bank Member of the Month Award between 1st of the month 2026 – the last day of the month at midnight from 1st February 2026 to 31st October 2026, will be automatically entered into our giveaway. 
  2. Self-nominations will be excluded from the prize draw.
  3. 5 winners will be selected at random 1 week after the close of BMOTM, each applicable month.
  4. The prize draw will be conducted by the NHSP Marketing & Brand team who will randomly select 5 winners (randomizer software will be used for all eligible entries).
  5. Winners will be sent the voucher to the email listed on their entry.
  6. The prize is an £20 Love2shop e-voucher with 5 vouchers available each month.
  7. The voucher will be emailed to the winner within 30 working days of the prize draw.
  8. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  9. NHS Professionals reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the prize draw/rules without notice and for any reason.
