Every eligible nomination submitted each month will be entered into a prize draw to win the nominator one of 5 x £20 Love2shop vouchers.
There are 5 vouchers available to win each month.
These 5 winners will be picked at random from the entries each month, in the 1st week of the next month. Randomizer software will be used for all eligible entries.

The 2026 Bank Member of the Month Award acknowledges the excellent contribution that Bank Members make to their patients, the local Trust and the wider NHS.

All nominees will go on to receive a certificate and one top nomination from each Trust, as selected by the NHS Professionals Marketing Team, will also receive a pin badge as a ‘thank you’ for their hard work.

Each month, from the Trust winners, the NHS Professionals Marketing team, will select seven overall winners, who have received the standout nomination for excellent performance, either from a manager, colleague, or patient within their Trust. These seven people will also receive a £100 voucher.

We also have a simpler nomination form to make it easier for you to recognise your colleagues.

If you have experienced outstanding work, attitudes or contribution from a NHS Professional Bank Member then please leave a nomination for them to be in with a chance of winning a Bank Member of the Month Award.

Important Information

Nominations will open on the first of the month and will close on the last day of the month
Bank Member of the Month operates between February – November, so submissions will be closed in January and December
Everyone nominated for a Bank Member of the Month Award will receive a branded certificate
The top nominee from each Trust will be selected by the NHS Professionals Marketing Team and will receive a pin badge and certificate
Each month, the NHS Professionals Marketing team will select seven overall winners who have gone above and beyond at their Trust. These seven Bank Members will receive a £100 Love2Shop voucher, certificate, thank you card and pin badge as a thank you for their excellent contribution to patient care.
All winners and nominees who received nominations for the month in question will receive their award in the following month to allow time for judging and the ordering of required collateral
Once the award packages for the top seven nominations have arrived at the relevant Trust, a presentation to the winning Bank Member will be organised by the NHS Professionals Client Services team during a convenient shift
