NHS Professionals appoints Hoa Ngo as Enterprise Chief Operations Officer

NHS Professionals (NHSP) has appointed Hoa Ngo as its new Enterprise Chief Operations Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the organisation continues to deliver high-quality workforce solutions for the NHS.

Hoa, who joined the leading NHS staffing provider on Monday 8th June 2026, brings extensive experience as a commercially focused leader with a strong track record in workforce solutions, operational transformation and growth.

She joins from major recruitment firm Impellam, where she held senior roles including Workforce Solutions Managing Director for UK and Europe and Managing Director at Comensura. Her experience spans enterprise workforce solutions, public sector partnerships, new service development and digital transformation.

In her new role at NHSP, Hoa will lead several crucial areas across the business, helping bring key teams together in support of the organisation’s ongoing strategy that aligns with the evolving workforce needs of the NHS. Her remit will include supporting operational excellence, customer outcomes and the continued development of technology-enabled workforce services.
